Shipping policy

eBooks and Digital Materials

Our digital products are available to everyone all around the world. 

When you place your order with us for an eBook, digital product, or online course, you will receive an email with instructions for how to access your digital material.

Simply follow the instructions in the email to access your digital content. If you have any issues, please contact us and we would be happy to help you out. 

Physical Books

At this time, we are only able to ship physical books to Canada and the United States. If you live outside of these countries, you may be able to purchase books by Rebecca Loach directly from Amazon.

Shipping is done through our printing partner and fulfilled via Amazon.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are a flat rate based on the number of books you have ordered. 

Rates are as follows: 

  • 1-5 Books - $10 CAD Flat Fee
  • 6-10 Books - $15 CAD Flat Fee
  • 11-15 Books - $20 CAD Flat Fee
  • 16-20 Books - $25 CAD Flat Fee

Shipping Times

All items are printed on just for you at the time of your order, which means it may take a little longer getting to you. Printing on demand instead of in bulk reduces overproduction. Thank you for making thoughtful purchase decision. 

Your books should arrive to you within 2 weeks of placing your order. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Fees 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return your order or refuse any shipments from Rebecca Loach, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the product to us. This amount will be deducted from any credits issued to you. 

What happens if I put in the wrong delivery address? 

Please be sure to check all of your information thoroughly before placing your order to ensure your address is correct and complete as we do not take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete address information. 

If you order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us and we will do our best to update the information with the shipping carrier. 

If your order has already been shipped, unless your order is returned to us as undeliverable / return to sender, we cannot ship out a second order. 

If your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be responsible for shipping costs to re-send it to you. 

What happens if my order says it was delivered but I did not receive it? 

If your tracking information states that it was delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. Rebecca Loach does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive, is damaged, defective, or contains the wrong items? 

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to sort out the issue. Provide your name, order number, and the issue you are having when you contact us.
