Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products purchased from our store:
If a product was damaged or was faulty on delivery, we offer a 100% refund.
For other returns:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund minus the amount of shipping that you paid on your original order.
The Return Process
- For returns, please contact us and include your order number, name, items to be returned, and the reason for the return.
- A member of our customer service team will contact you with instructions on where to send the returned items.
- If your item is sent back without first receiving approval from us, your return will not be accepted.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Be sure to send your package with tracking as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
- When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you of the status of the return.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us .
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns of used items, items damaged by usage or wear or items that have been broken by use. Personalised items such as signed books, cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
EXCEPTIONS:
Digital Products and Courses
(eBooks, digital downloads, workbooks, audio files, webinars, courses, etc).
Due to the nature of digital products, there are absolutely no refunds on eBook orders or other digital downloads and products.

On-Demand Online Courses (courses with more than 3 modules) have a refund policy of 24 hours after the exact date and time of your purchase. After the 24 hour period, no refunds will be offered and all sales are final
We are unable to offer returns on sale items or gift cards.
1:1 Sessions, Workshops, and Events
When you book an appointment for a 1:1 session or a seat at a workshop or event, that space is reserved just for you. As such, there are no refunds for 1:1 sessions, workshops, or events (live or virtual) within a 24 hour period prior to the scheduled start time.
If a session, workshop, or event is cancelled or rescheduled to a time that doesn't work for your schedule, a refund will be processed.
