Rosemary essential oil clears mental confusion and soothes feelings of nervous tension. It is a great oil to use when studying or anytime you need to call on your higher mental faculties. 

Rosemary oil supports healthy looking hair and scalp and has renewing and rejuvenating properties. It is cooling and invigorating when used topically, and combines well with other oils for a soothing massage. 

doTERRA’s Rosemary essential oil can be used Aromatically, Topically, and Internally. 

Some ways to use doTERRA Rosemary Oil:

  • Diffuse during studying to enhance focus and concentration. 
  • Diffuse to support the respiratory system and clear thinking. 
  • Add 1-2 drops to your shampoo or conditioner for an invigorating scalp massage and to promote healthy looking hair and scalp. 
  • Dilute 1-2 drops of Rosemary oil in bath lotion or carrier oil and add to bathwater for a soothing and relaxing experience.

  • Rosemary + Grapefruit + Peppermint diluted in carrier oil and applied topically to the soles of the feet and under the jaw to support healthy lymphatic flow. 
  • Rosemary + Wintergreen diluted in carrier oil and applied topically to soothe and cool tense muscles. 
  • Rosemary + Lavender diluted in bath oil and added to bath water for a relaxing and clarifying bath. 
  • Rosemary + Peppermint added to shampoo for a tingling sensation and to cleanse and purify the scalp and strengthen hair.
