Siberian Fir Essential Oil – Clarity, Respiratory Support & Grounding
Siberian Fir is one of my favorite oils. Most days, you’ll find it in my diffuser, bringing a sense of clarity, connection, and openness. I reach for it when I need to feel grounded and present or when I want to clear mental fog and shift into a fresh perspective. Its crisp, clean aroma is both calming and uplifting, making it a go-to for focus, balance, and renewal.
Siberian Fir supports the respiratory and immune systems and is wonderful for reducing stress and feelings of overwhelm. It’s a great oil to diffuse when you need mental clarity or want to create space for grounded thought. Applied topically, it provides a soothing sensation for sore, tired muscles, making it a perfect choice for relaxation and recovery.
