My first attempt at making a flower essence was back in 2010 when, on a beautiful spring day, the narcissus flowers in my yard "talked" to me.
I had been studying flower essences for a few months at this time, using single essences both personally and in my practice.
Even though I had experienced some profound shifts using flower essences that I purchased, I was still skeptical of them and doubted that an essence I made myself would have any effect.
I gathered the supplies I needed and followed all the directions for essence making.
I was guided to go inside the house while the essence alchemy took place. When I returned to collect the finished product, I found it overrun by a group of ants!
I knew that I couldn't use this essence as an oral remedy, but I didn't want to waste the essence I was so clearly guided to make. I filtered out the ants and (not knowing that I was supposed to dilute the mother essence) I dumped the whole bowl of it into my bath that night.
Within a minute of climbing into the bath, I began to feel huge energetic shifts and visions floated up into my consciousness like bubbles floating through the air.
As I sat in the bathtub, I saw every possible thing that needed attention in my life at that time flash before my eyes: relationships that needed to end, projects that were failing, habits I needed to stop, and other unpleasant things all came to the surface to be seen.
Narcissus essence is known as “the slayer of internal dragons.” It shows us what needs to be released in order to move forward clearly.
It was a very uncomfortable, though enlightening, experience.
This was a huge turning point for me in my life and I took action based on what was shown to me by narcissus that day.
I learned a valuable lesson about the potency of flower essences, and have never underestimated their power again.
I have learned over the years that even the most subtle shifts in awareness from the use of flower essences can have profound changes on all aspects of our consciousness.
Since 2011, I have been a flower essence alchemist, creating my own line of angelic ally guided flower and gemstone essences to support my clients to raise their vibration and support optimal physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Over the last deade, thousands of drops of my Earth Angel Essences have been used by individuals seeking to re-align with their Divine Blueprint, the Perfected Pattern of who they are.
