Root Chakra

  • Visualization: Imagine roots growing from your feet deep into the earth, anchoring you and providing stability.
  • Exercises: Walk barefoot on the earth, do yoga poses such as mountain pose or warrior poses, or try weightlifting.
  • Foods: Root vegetables such as carrots, beets, and potatoes.
