I first learned about the Universal Calibration Lattice in 2006. I was a few months in to working as a Holistic Nutritionist and I was navigating challenges in my practice and feeling unsure of my next steps. I called my Reiki Teacher, Marianne, hoping that a personal Reiki session would help me with the anxiety and stress I was experiencing.
After listening to my story, Marianne recommended that I try an EMF Balancing Technique Session, a form of energy work that works with the Universal Calibration Lattice, a part of our energy anatomy that allows us to manage our own personal energy. Intrigued and eager to heal, I said yes.
That day was a day that changed my life forever.

I had never experienced energy as clear, powerful, or empowering before. I became aware of new insights and new ways of looking at the world. I drove home from that session with the clarity that I was going to leave the massage clinic and open my very own practice. I was excited and nervous at the same time.
Within 3 weeks, I had found an office and began renovations. I had no experience working with contractors or negotiating leases, but there I was. In less than 2 months I was moved in and opened the doors of my beautiful new clinic, Health In Your Hands. I was only 26 years old.
That was just the beginning. As I delved deeper into understanding my personal energy and working with my Universal Calibration Lattice, I discovered the empowering potential to shape my life with choice and intention.
I have studied and worked with this energy both as as a student and as a practitioner for the last 18+ years, incorporating this work into my daily spiritual routines and my clinical practice.
Learning to work with this powerful energy system that we all carry has been one of the most profound and meaningful experiences of my life. I see everything in my life through the "Lens of the Lattice." It is an integral part of my life. I cannot imagine a day going by without immersing myself in this energy.
I have offered private in-person sessions and live workshops on the Universal Calibration Lattice and the Balancing Work for over 16 years. In 2016, I began to offer sessions online and have inspired hundreds of people to take charge of their personal energy and create a life of empowered choice.
